Returns & Exchanges

At Design Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home aesthetic, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and decor items. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
